Average vannamei farmgate prices in India's chief farming state of Andhra Pradesh appear to have stabilized at a new level while the industry awaits the first full-size harvests of the year, according to the latest data provided to Undercurrent News from aqua-service companies Aquaconnect and AquaExchange.

Aquaconnect's latest prices from week 13 show a small dip of roughly INR 10/kg across all sizes in Andhra Pradesh, though it should be noted it does not show supply volumes. 

For large 30-count shrimp, Aquaconnect now puts prices at INR 530 ($7.00)/kg, 40-count at INR 430/kg, and 60-count at INR 330/kg. The smaller 80-count shrimp are recorded at INR 280/kg and 100-count at INR 250/kg [...]
