2

Correcting Published Prices

No adjustments will be made for late-arriving data. Once a price is published, it will not be changed to include new data or market activity that emerges after the initial publication.

When an error is identified, we will:
  • 1. Republish the corrected price without delay.
  • 2. Issue a correction notice to all affected subscribers, clearly stating the nature of the correction.
  • 3. Ensure that the corrected price replaces the incorrect data across all relevant platforms.

Transparency for subscribers

Our policy ensures subscribers are kept informed of any issues affecting price publication.

    This includes:
  • Notifications of delays in or changes to price publication.
  • Clear explanations accompanying any corrections.

Feedback and Continuous Improvement

Undercurrent News uses feedback from complaints to refine our processes, improve transparency, and enhance the quality of our price assessments.
