Australis Aquaculture Vietnam (“AAV”), the world’s leading producer of sustainably farmed barramundi, is seeking an experienced Aquaculture Production Manager (“APM”) to oversee its marine aquaculture operations in Central Vietnam. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of large scale aquaculture production experience, including broad expertise in the technical aspects of marine and land-based aquaculture.  The ideal candidate will also have experience in production, human resources, planning, financial and general business operations. 

 The candidate will lead a team of experienced managers who together are responsible for each area of the production process. The successful candidate will balance a  strong “hand-on” approach with the ability to plan and execute initiatives which sustain continuous operational improvements. The APM will be supported by an experienced administrative team focused on data  collection and analysis, and will report to the General Director of AAV.

 Fluency in Vietnamese is helpful, but not required.
